摘要
目的考察核桃仁延缓小鼠皮肤衰老的作用。方法 30只小鼠随机分为正常组、模型组及治疗组。模型组与治疗组以D-半乳糖1g/(kg·d)皮下注射造衰老模型,第11天开始治疗组灌核桃仁水提液8mL/kg,持续30d,观察HE病理变化及测定皮肤中Hyp含量。结果治疗组比模型组皮肤结构完整,表皮与真皮界线清晰,Hyp含量显著高于模型组(P<0.05)。结论核桃仁具有良好的抗皮肤衰老作用。
Objective To explore the effect of walnut on delaying the mice skin aging.Methods 30 mice were randomly divided into normal control group,model group and walnut group.The latter two groups were given the D-galactose 1 g/(kg.d)subcutaneouly injections to made the mice model,after the eleventh day,mice in walnut group were fed by walnut extracts in the dose of 8 mL/kg for 30 days,observe the pathomorphological changes and determine the hydroxyproline content in skin.Results Complete structure were observed in skin in walnut group,compared with mice in model group,and epidermal and dermal line is clear,mice in walnut group showed significant higher in hydroxyproline content(P 0.05).Conclusion Walnut extractscould effectually delay the skin aging in mice.
