调肝止痛胶囊中挥发油的包合工艺研究

Study on inclusion process for the volatile oil in Tiaogan Zhitong capsule

目的优选调肝止痛胶囊的挥发油β-环糊精包合工艺条件。方法采用正交试验法,以挥发油包合率和包合物收得率为评价指标,优选调肝止痛胶囊中挥发油包合工艺条件。结果最佳包合工艺为β-环糊精︰挥发油比例为10︰1,包合温度60℃,包合时间2h。结论该包合工艺简单可行、挥发油包合效率高、稳定性好,适合工业化生产。

Objective To optimize the β-Cyclodextrin inclusion process for volatile oil in Tiaogan Zhitong capsule.Methods The inclusion conditions were optimized by using the orthogonal design with the yield of the utilization ratio of volatile oil and the yield of inclusion compound as evaluation index.Results The optimum preparation conditions for inclusion were established as follows：βCD ︰ volatile oil as 10 ︰ 1,the inclusion temperature was 60℃ and the inclusion time was 2 h.Conclusion The preparation technology is simple and reasonable with a high inclusion rate,the inclusion compound is stable,the inclusion process is suitable of industrial production.
