两种不同抗原制备方法对大肠杆菌O_(157):H_7单克隆抗体亚类的影响

摘要 单克隆抗体技术已深入到医学和生物学的各个领域，成为一种必不可少的工具，具有极为重要的理论研究价值和实用价值。据报道，全菌抗原的主要抗原位点是脂多糖（LPS），刺激机体产生的IgG抗体主要针对脂多糖，故不同血清型间无交叉保护作用；
