云南省瑞丽市缅甸籍毒品使用者跨境现状研究

The epidemiological study on cross border situation of Myanmar drug users in Ruili city

目的探讨中国境内缅甸籍毒品使用者跨境现代,为艾滋病防治干预提供依据。方法采用横断面调查方式,利用问卷及小组访谈的方法收集相关信息(跨境原因、方式、频率、时间)进行调查。结果 406名缅甸籍毒品使用者,男性为主占93.3%;平均年龄(M±Q)为27.00±11.00岁;傣族占20.4%,缅族占23.4%;文化程度偏低,小学及以下文化占64.5%;职业以农民为主占40.1%;调查对象来源地以缅甸木姐居多占25.1%;跨境后流入瑞丽的占59.4%;跨境原因中70.9%为跨境找工作,5.4%为跨境购买毒品;67.5%通过边境便道跨境;经常跨境的占52.5%。结论瑞丽市境内缅甸籍毒品使用者主要通过便道跨境且跨境频次高。他们多数跨境是为找工作挣钱。

Objective To analyze the epidemiological features on cross border situation of Myanmar drug users in China in order to pro- vide evidence for HIV/AIDS prevention. Methods The cross-sectional survey and small group interview method was used to collect the related information of cross-border and the dave was analyzed. Results Of the 406 subjects, 93.3 % were male, with an average age at 27.00±11.00;24.4% were Dai people, and 23.4% were Burmese. The subjects with the educational level at primary school level and below were of 64.5%. Farmers were the majority with the rate of 40.1%. Twenty five percent of them came from Muse, and fifty nine percent of them were in Ruili in China. The major cause of crossing border was looking for a job, occupying 70.9% , while crossing for buying drugs were of 5.4%. There were 213 subjects who frequently came cross border with the rate of 52.5%. Conclusion The Burma drug users in Ruili have being crossed illegally and frequently border by small road. They cross border for looking job and make money.
