摘要
角质层处于皮肤最外层。在阻止皮肤水分流失及阻止外界刺激物侵人方面起到重要作用。角质层中水分状态会影响角质正常生理过程（如皮肤表皮脱落、脂质屏障形成及天然保湿因子形成等）。水分可以使皮肤保持柔韧性以抵抗外界机械压力，水分也是角质层维持正常生物功能的重要因素。许多因素会导致角质水分流失从而导致不同程度的角质功能紊乱。
