NB—UVB联合消银颗粒、氯雷他定治疗慢性湿疹疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察NB-UVB联合消银颗粒、氯雷他定治疗慢性湿疹的疗效。方法将89例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用NB-UVB联合消银颗粒,氯雷他定治疗,对照组采用口服消银颗粒、氯雷他定治疗。两组疗程皆为4周。结果治疗组有效率95.65%,对照组有效率62.79%,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 NB-UVB联合消银颗粒、氯雷他定治疗慢性湿疹疗效好、疗程短且安全可靠。
