摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法同时测定空气中(对、邻、间)硝基氯苯的检测方法。方法:应用高效液相色谱,C18色谱柱,以甲醇:水(65∶35)为流动相,流速1.0 ml/min。二极管阵列检测器在254 nm波长下测定吸收值。结果:线性范围0.05μg/ml~50μg/ml,相关系数r=0.9999,最低检出浓度0.05μg/ml,三个浓度水平的样品加标回收率为96.1%~103.6%,相对标准偏差RSD均<3.0%。结论:该方法线性范围宽,相关性好,精密度高,准确度好,特异性强。
Objective:To establish a method for determination of(para-,ortha-,meta-)nitrochlorobenzene in workplace air by high performance liquid chromatography.Methods: The samples were carried on a C18 column by using the mobile phase consisting of CH3OH+H2O(65+35).The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.The absorption value was determined at wavelength of 254 nm by DAD.Results: The linearity was obtained over the range of 0.05 μg/ml^50 μg/ml.The correlation coefficient was r=0.9999.The limit of detection was 0.05 μg/ml.The recoveries in three levels were 96.1%~103.6% and RSDs were less than 3%.Conclusion: This method has good accuracy and correlation,high precision,specificity and wide linearity.So it is suitable for determination of nitrochlorobenzene in workplace air.
