溧阳市医疗机构污水消毒情况分析

Analysis of disinfection status of medical sewage in Liyang

目的:为了解溧阳市医疗机构污水消毒处理卫生状况,防止污水中有毒有害物质污染环境。方法:对全市22家有污水处理能力的医疗机构排放的污水,按GB18466-2005《医疗机构水污染物排放标准》的要求进行悬浮物、阴离子表面活性剂、色度、沙门菌、粪大肠菌群数、总余氯、志贺菌、pH值等8项指标的卫生学检测。结果:阴离子表面活性剂、色度、沙门菌、志贺菌和pH值5项指标合格率均为100%,粪大肠菌群合格率为95.5%,总余氯合格率为77.3%,悬浮物合格率为36.4%。结论:全市医疗机构污水消毒处理总体情况较好,但存在一味注重微生物指标、含氯消毒剂过量使用、悬浮物严重超标等问题,需进一步做好监督监测工作,确保医院污水安全排放。

Objective：To know the disinfection status of medical sewage in Liyang to prevent environmental pollution caused by toxic or harmful substances.Methods： Suspended solids,anionic surface active agent,colority,Salmonella,Fecal coliform,total residual chloride,Shiga and pH value were detected in the sewages from 22 medical institutions according to GB18466-2005.Results： The eligible rates of anionic surface active agent,colority,Salmonella,Shiga and pH value were 100%,and Fecal coliform was 95.5%,total residual chloride was 77.3%,Suspended solids was 36.4%.Conclusion： The status of medical sewage disinfection in medical institutions is better in Liyang.But there are some problems in excess use of chlorine disinfectant for controlling the microbiological indicators and the suspended solids exceeded the national standard.Supervision and monitoring should be strengthened to ensure the safety of the hospital discharge.
