人力资源培训对员工情感承诺影响研究综述 被引量:5

摘要 高组织承诺为组织带来高绩效,尤其高情感承诺更为组织带来长期持续的高绩效。有研究表明,人力资源培训作为员工组织社会化的重要过程,与员工情感承诺密切相关。然而,目前国内关于人力资源培训对员工情感承诺影响的研究甚少。因此,本文在概述员工情感承诺和人力资源培训理论的基础上,对以往人力资源培训对员工情感承诺影响的研究进行回顾与总结,并针对以往研究的薄弱之处,提出未来的研究方向。
