Combining with the foundation pit construction of some underground garage,the paper explores the application of sleeve-valve-pipe grouting basement seepage insulation technique in projects,briefly introduces the features and the advantages of the technique,and mainly illustrates the main factors which affect the construction quality of the sleeve-valve-pipe grouting and respective measures,so as to have the direction significance for the similar projects.
