摘要
以某高铁制梁场混凝土C50配合比为研究对象,介绍了C50混凝土配合比选用原则以及混凝土质量控制的要点,指出作为预制箱梁混凝土,应选择具有较高早期强度发展系数的配合比,并采取相应措施保证其和易性和耐久性。
Taking C50 proportional ratio of some high iron beam fabricated yard as the research subject,the paper introduces the quality controlling process of the concrete of this type,the selection principle for the C50 concrete proportional ratio and the points for the quality control of the concrete,points out the proportional ratio with higher strength development coefficient can be used as the prefabricated box-girder concrete,and adopts the respective measures to ensure the workability and durability.
