摘要
对全球定位系统GPS作了简单介绍,概括了与以往测绘技术相比GPS具有的技术优势,重点对GPS测量实施过程的选点、建立标志、成果检测与数据处理等以及GPS在测绘中的应用进行了分析,以推动测绘领域的发展。
The paper has the brief introduction of the Global Positioning System（GPS）,surveys the comparison among the GPS and previous measurement techniques,indicates the technical advantages of GPS,and analyzes the point selection of the implementation process of GPS measurement,the marks establishment,the result tests,the data treatment and application of GPS in measurement technique,so as to enhance the development of the mapping field.
