提高多媒体教室管理效能的若干思考

To Improve the Performance of Multimedia Classroom Management Reflections

本文根据高校多媒体教室存在的问题，提出提高多媒体教室管理效能的六项措施：建立严格而严密的管理制度；强化对多媒体设备的精心维护，制定详细的维护计划，保障多媒体教室经常处于良好状态。对多媒体设备的使用进行必要的引导和适当的培训；对教师课件开发与制作能力进行培训，提高多媒体课件的开发质量和水平；加强沟通，理顺管理者与老师、学生的关系；大力提高管理员的综合素质。

According to University of multimedia classroom problems,proposed to increase the performance of six multi-media classroom management measures：to establish a strict and rigorous management system;strengthen the careful maintenance of multimedia equipment to develop a detailed maintenance program to protect the multimedia classrooms are often in good state.The use of multimedia equipment necessary guidance and appropriate training;courseware development for teachers training and production capabilities,development of multimedia courseware to improve the quality and level;enhance communication,streamline management and teacher.student relationship greatlv improve the management the overall aualitv of staff.
