18F-FDGPET／CT诊断肝上皮样血管内皮瘤二例 被引量：1

摘要 病例1患者女，49岁。因右上腹部钝痛1个月余入院。否认病毒性肝炎病史，无饮酒史，无特殊药物服用史。入院体格检查：肝区轻度叩痛。肝功能、肾功能、电解质及空腹血糖正常，乙肝两对半及丙肝抗体阴性，AFP阴性，CEA略增高，为3．83mg／L（正常范围〈3．4mg／L）。腹部彩超：肝内多发实质性占位，疑转移瘤。肝MRI平扫：肝内多发病灶，T．
