骨髓基质细胞移植治疗脊髓损伤机制的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 脊髓损伤(spinal cord injury,SCI)是一种严重威胁人类健康及生存质量的疾病。引起脊髓损伤的原因包括脊柱损伤、脊椎退变及脊髓缺血等,其中以脊柱损伤最为常见。然而,目前对脊髓损伤的治疗手段非常有限,尚没有取得突破性的进展。近几年来随着干细胞技术的发展,通过细胞移植治疗SCI已经成为当代医学研究的一个热点。
