脊柱结核手术治疗合理应用内固定 被引量:20

摘要 脊柱结核手术治疗时应用内固定器械可以预防和矫正脊柱后凸畸形,增加病灶清除及减压后的脊柱稳定性,缩短患者的卧床时间,促进植骨融合,有利于患者早日康复。但随着内固定的广泛应用,内固定节段过长的问题逐步突显。坚强内固定牺牲了脊柱的运动节段.
