无晶状体硅油眼硅油取出联合折叠人工晶状体植入的临床观察

Clinical observation of silicone oil removal combined foldable intraocular lens implantation

目的探讨玻璃体视网膜手术后硅油眼硅油取出联合折叠人工晶状体（intraocular lens，IOL）植入的临床效果。方法对无晶状体硅油眼行硅油取出联合人工晶状体植入的56例进行回顾性研究，其中30只眼行折叠人工晶状体植入，26只眼行非折叠人工晶状体植入缝线固定术，分别对术前术后的视力、散光和并发症进行比较。结果术后观察，所有术眼切口完全闭合，未发现晶状体移位，术后出血及眼压升高均恢复良好，效果满意。结论无晶状体硅油眼硅油取出与折叠人工晶状体植入联合手术临床效果可靠。

Objective To investigate the results of silicone oil removal combined with foldable intraocular lens （IOL） implantation. Methods Fifty-six eyes were evaluated retrospectively. Silicone oil removal and foldable IOL implantation were performed in 30 eyes, and 26 eyes accepted silicone oil removal and unfoldable IOL implantation. The visual acuity, complications and astigmatism were evaluated. Results After operation, all eyes were completely closed incision without intraocular lens decentration. Four eyes were found having vitreous hemorrhage and 11 eyes were found had high intraocular pressure, all of them were absorption by medication therapy. Conclusions The combined surgery of silicone oil removal and foldable intraocular lens implantation in aphakic eyes is effective, and silicone oil removal and foldable IOL implantation is more convenient and have a better clinical effect.
