Development of traffic accident scene drawing system based on VBA

为了达到公安部新标准"GA49-2009"的制图要求,利用Excel VBA(visual basic for application)二次开发技术,开发了一套简单适用的道路交通事故现场图计算机绘制系统,通过与徒手绘图对比,系统绘制的现场图制图规范,客观、准确地再现现场情况,满足了交警需求.

In order to conform ＂GA49-2009＂,a new criterion for drawings requested by the Ministry of Public Security,a simple and easy-to-use system has been developed for the traffic accident scene diagram based on the secondary development of Excel VBA.Compared to the manual ones,those systematically-made diagrams are more standardized;they could objectively and accurately reappear the accident scene so as to meet the demands of traffic police.
