摘要
总结了钢中显微夹杂物的种类和来源,阐述了钢中显微夹杂物的数量和粒度分布与冶炼工艺间的关系,并分析了冶炼工艺、钢中氧含量及冷却状况等因素对显微夹杂物的影响.数值模拟是研究显微夹杂物的一个发展方向.关于钢中显微夹杂物的生成及长大情况尚需进行深入研究.
This paper summarized the categories and source of micro-inclusions in steel,and described the relationships between the magnitude and the granula distribution of the micro-inclusions and refining technologies,and analysed the effects of refining technologies,oxygen content and cooling conditions on micro-inclusions.The authors believe that the numerical simulation will become a promising method to research the micro-inclusions.The theoretical research on the formation and growth of the micro-inclusions in steel would be necessary in the future.
