摘要
目的探讨红花、丹参、苦参碱腹腔注射对家犬实验性胆管狭窄的干预作用。方法家犬32只建立胆管狭窄模型。随机分为4组,每组8只,其中3组为药物处理组,分别腹腔注射红花、丹参、苦参碱,对照组仅给予生理盐水。检测4组胆管组织基质金属蛋白酶-1,2及转化生长因子-β1表达情况及肌成纤维细胞增殖抑制率。结果各药物处理组转化生长因子-β1表达均较对照组降低(P<0.05);各药物处理组间基质金属蛋白酶-1,2表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);各药物处理组肌成纤维细胞增殖抑制率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药红花、丹参、苦参碱对胆道瘢痕组织肌成纤维细胞增殖及转化生长因子-β1的表达有抑制作用,有抗胆道瘢痕治疗作用。
Objective To study the interfering effects of safflower, salvia miltiorrhiza and matrine on experimental biliary stricture in dogs. Methods A total of 32 biliary stricture dog models were divided into 4 groups, with 8 dogs in each group, in which 3 experimental groups were given safflower, salvia miltiorrhiza and matrine respectively, and control group was given normal saline. All these four groups were detected the expressions of matrix metalloproteinase-1, matrix metalloproteinase-2, transforming growth factor β1 and the proliferation inhibition rates of myofibroblast. Results The transforming growth factor β1 expression was lower in experimental groups than that in control group(P〈0.05). There were no significant differences in the expressions of matrix metalloproteinase-1 and matrix metalloproteinase-2 among the experimental groups (P 0.05). The inhibition rate of myofibroblast was higher in experimental groups than that in control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Safflower, salvia miltiorrhiza and matrine have therapeutic effects on biliary stricture by inhibiting the expression of transforming growth factor β1 and proliferation of myofibroblast in biliary stricture tissue.
