宫颈癌中多药耐药1基因的表达和意义

Expression and clinical significance of multidrug resistance 1 gene in cervical cancer

目的探讨多药耐药1基因在宫颈癌中表达及其临床意义。方法应用荧光定量PCR法检测42例宫颈癌组织及10例正常宫颈组织中多药耐药1基因mRNA的表达情况。结果宫颈癌组织中多药耐药基因1 mRNA表达(0.573±0.320)明显高于正常宫颈组织(0.186±0.099)(P<0.001);宫颈癌组织中多药耐药基因1 mRNA表达高中分化组(0.678±0.269)高于低分化组(0.383±0.325)(P<0.05),在其他临床病理相关因素上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论多药耐药1基因在宫颈癌的原发性多药耐药中可能起重要作用,检测多药耐药1基因的表达情况对预测宫颈癌的化疗效果、协助临床选择化疗方案有一定意义。

Objective To investigate the expression of multidrug resistance 1 gene mRNA in patients with cervical cancer and its clinical significance.Methods The expression of multidrug resistance 1 gene mRNA in 42 cervical cancer cases and 10 normal tissues was detected with fluorescent quantitation PCR technique.The expression of multidrug resistance 1 gene mRNA was significantly higher in cervical cancer tissues（0.573±0.320） than that in normal tissues（0.186±0.099）（P0.001）.Multidrug resistance 1 gene mRNA expression level was higher in well differentiated cancer tissue（0.678±0.269） than that in poorly differentiated cancer tissue（0.383±0.325）（P0.05）.There was no significant difference in multidrug resistance 1 gene mRNA expression level between other clinicopathologic parameters.Conclusion Multidrug resistance 1 gene may play an important role in the primary multidrug resistant cervical cancer,and the detection of multidrug resistance 1 gene expression in cervical cancer patients plays a role in predicting the chemotherapeutic effect and guiding to make a rational chemical therapy.
