The Plan on Fairly Share the Social Resources——From the Beginning of "Breaking the Walls"

在我国城市化高速发展的今天,城市化亚健康状态引人深思,本文认为坚持社会资源公平共享是保证城市化的高质量发展的根本原则。然而影响我国社会资源公平共享的主要障碍是中国的围墙意识,因此本文以"打破围墙"为出发点,力求为社会各阶层创造公平社会环境,从而引导我国走向健康城市化之路,以期达到全社会各阶层公平共享城市化成果的目标,使公民生活更美好。

With the rapid development of urbanization in China today, the sub-health urbanization makes people thought-provoke, and this paper insisted that people fairly share the social resources is the primary principle to guarantee the high quality development on urbanization. Meanwhile, the paper also argues that the main obstacle of fairly sharing the social resources is the Chinese wall awareness, therefore, on the base of ＂breaking the wall＂, this paper in order to create fairly social environment for people from all levels, which can guide our country toward the way of healthy urbanization, then ultimately achieve the goal that people from all levels fairly sharing the urbanization results and makes people have a better life.
