新农村规划与农村特色思考——以上海市奉贤区金汇镇南陈村修建性详细规划为例

The Practice for the New Rural Planning and the Mentality for the Characteristic Village——A Case Study of Site Plan of Nanchen Village in Jinhui

本文以上海市奉贤区金汇镇新农村南陈村修建性详细规划为例,对新农村建设中新建居民点和保留改造居民点的规划设计进行分析,以现代规划理念引导新农村建设,实现农村人居环境质量的提高,并对新农村规划中的农村特色进行思考。

Taking the site planning of nanchen village in jinhui as an example,this article analysis the site plan of the habitates conserving and rebuilding and the new rural resettlements.then puts forwards to constructing the new countryside under the new idea of planning and improve the quality of rural living environment.Furthermore,this paper considerates the rural countryside in the site plan of the new rural countryside.
