摘要
目的采用HPLC法测定复方乳酸依沙吖啶溶液中乳酸依沙吖啶和间苯二酚的含量。方法色谱柱为C_(18),流动相为甲醇-0.05 mol·mL^(-1)磷酸二氢钾溶液(20%H_3PO_4调pH至3.3)(48:52,V/V),检测波长269nm,流速0.6 mL·min^(-1),柱温35℃,进样量10μL。结果乳酸依沙吖啶、间苯二酚分别在1.012~20.24 mg·L^(-1)(r=0.999 9)和20.28~405.6 mg·L^(-1)(r=0.999 9)质量浓度内线性关系良好,加样回收率均>99%(RSD<1.5%)。结论本方法简便,准确性、重现性好,适用于复方乳酸依沙吖啶溶液中乳酸依沙吖啶和间苯二酚的含量测定。
A/M To study the method for determination of ethacridine lactate and resorcinol in compound ethacridine lactate solution by HPLC. METHODS The content determination was performed on column C1s. The mobile phase consisted of methanol - 0.05 mol·L^- 1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution ( adjusted to pH 3.3 with 20 % phosphoric acid) (48:52, V/V), the detection wavelength was 269 nm, the flow rate was 0.6 mL·min^-1 and the column temperature was 35℃. RESULTS The linear ranges of ethacridine lactate and resorcinol were 1.012 - 20.24 rag·L^- 1 ( r = 0.999 9) and 20.28 - 405.6 mg·L^- 1 ( r = 0.999 9), respectively. The method recovery was more than 99 % ( RSD 〈 1.5%). CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and suitable for the determination of ethacridine lactate and resorcinol.
