股骨头缺血性坏死的早期CT诊断

目的探讨股骨头缺血性坏死(ANFH)早期CT诊断,以提高早期诊断率,指导临床治疗。方法回顾分析具有典型CT表现且临床证实的62例ANFH的CT片,总结早期的CT征象。结果 62例的73个股骨头中25个骨小梁呈"星芒征",为Ⅰ期。41个骨小梁结构消失,骨密度降低,出现囊变,为Ⅱ期。7个出现"新月征"及骨碎裂和关节面塌陷,为Ⅲ期。结论 CT可以对早期ANFH作出诊断。

Objective To study CT signs of early necrosis of the femoral head （ANFH） and to guide the clinical treatment.Methods Sixty-two patients with typical signs and clinically proved ANFH,Sum up CT signs of early ANFH and guide clinicalcare.Results Among 73 effected femoral heads of 62 cases,25 femoral head presented trabecular increasers density and radiate ＂setllate sign＂,as stage Ⅰ.41 moral head presented osteosclerosis,trabecular structure disappearing,hazy margin dereased density,and cystic change,as stage Ⅱ.And 7 femoral head presented subchondral fracture with slign collaps,as stage Ⅲ.Conclusion CT can make a definite diagnosis of early ANFH.
