65例后牙纵裂保存治疗经验总结

摘要 目的观察新型粘结材料super-bondC&B结合全冠联合运用在后牙纵裂保存治疗中的效果。方法对65例后牙纵折患者采用新型粘结材料super-bondC&B与全冠修复联合运用修复方法,追踪观察1~3a,记录临床疗效并进行整理分析、总结。结果新型粘结材料super-bondC&B与全冠修复联合运用在后牙纵裂保存治疗的成功率达96.9%。结论新型粘结材料super-bondC&B与全冠修复联合运用在后牙纵裂保存治疗中具有临床推广使用价值。 Objective To analyze and summarize the efficiency of the united utility with the new type of adhesive material super-bondCB and full crown restoration in treatment of the vertically fractured teeth.Methods The sixty-five vertically fractured molar tooth were conserved with super-bond CB bonding and crown.The patients are observed closely and the conditions of these cases are collected,analyzed and summarized during the following 1-3 years.Results The succeed rate of the new type of adhesive material super-bond CB and full crown restoration in treatment of the vertically fractured teeth is 96.9%.Conclusion That the new type of adhesive material super-bond CB and full crown restoration in treatment of the vertically fractured teeth has practical value to apply in clinic treatment.
