摘要
目的观察盐酸氨溴索对分泌性中耳炎(SOM)的疗效。方法比较常规治疗的50例SOM患者(对照组)和在常规治疗基础上加用盐酸氨溴索的50例患者(实验组)的疗效。结果治疗后实验组各频率气导听力提高水平和总有效率显著高于对照组。结论盐酸氨溴索可有效缓解SOM患者的症状,并改善其听力。
Objective To explore the effects of ambroxol hydrochloride in patients with secretory otitis media（SOM）.Methods Effects of 50 patients accepted routine treatment（control group） and 50 patients accepted ambroxol hydrochloride based on routine treatment （experimental group） were compared.Results In experimental group,air-conducting hearing levels and effective rate were significantly higher than control group.Conclusion Ambroxol hydrochloride may improve symptom and hearing levels in.patients with SOM.
