我国高校增设“高职师范类”专业的探讨——基于对重庆市高职院校的调查

目前,我国还没有专门的教育机构为高职院校培养师资,这是造成高职院校高素质教师匮乏的一个重要原因。所以,我国应增设"高职师范类专业"。但是,无论是高等师范大学、"211"重点大学、还是国家示范性高职院校,其独立创办"高职师范类"专业都有一定的优势和不足。只有通过多方合作、整合教育资源、发挥各自优势,才能成功实现"高职师范类"专业的创办。

At present, there are no specific educational institutions to train teachers for higher education schools in China that is an important reason of lacking of high-quality teachers. Therefore, a ＂higher vocational teachers＇ specialty＂ should set up in China. However, there are certain strengths and weaknesses in establishing ＂higher vocational teachers＇ Special- ty＂ independently for higher normal university, ＂211＂ key universities or national demonstration higher vocational schools.. It. is the only way to achieve the goal successfully by multilateral cooperation, integrating educational resources, and play to their strengths.
