摘要
当代社会的发展迫切需要高职院校加强创新教育,以培养更多创新型的应用性人才。建构主义理论蕴涵丰富的创新教育思想。为有效地实施创新教育,高职院校可以借鉴建构主义的积极理念。高职院校需要积极转变传统的知识观、师生观和教学观,了解和优化学生的认知结构,激发学生主动建构学习的意向;教师要指导学生积极有效地建构知识,从高职院校的教育环境、教师素质和学习评价等方面来优化创新教育的外部条件。
The development of contemporary society needs to reinforce innovational education for undergraduates in higher vocational schools. The instructional theory of constructivism contains abundant ideas of innovational education. In order to implement innovational education effectively, higher vocational schools can assimilate active ideas of constructivism. First of all, it need to change traditional concepts of knowledge, teachers and students and instruction, to understand and opti- mize students' cognitive structure, to inspire students' intents to construct learning initiatively. Teachers should guide stu- dents to construct knowledge positively and optimize the external conditions of innovational education from such aspects as the educational environment, teachers' quality and learning assessment.
