Emphasis on teacher＇s knowledge is important for the professional development of vocational education teachers. The foundation of this kind of professional development is special. So it is necessary to introduce the concept of tech- nological knowledge and fully realize the importance of this concept in the process of professional development of vocation- al education teachers. The technical knowledge includes technological theoretic knowledge and technological practice knowl- edge, and its core is technological practice knowledge. Among technological practice knowledge, little is apparent knowledge, and most is latent knowledge. Therefore, the professional development of vocational education teachers should pay attention to the value of latent knowledge.
