摘要
教师知识质量的一般描述太过笼统,难以对教师知识质量作出客观评价;从具体描述进行分析,一维视角难免有些偏执,不利于对教师知识做全面把握,多维视角又容易陷入无休止的重复,在实践中难以操作。结合职校教师知识的特殊性,教师知识质量分析框架包括五个维度:良好的基础、结构性、复杂性、情境性、知识表征方式。
General description for the quality of teachers' knowledge is too general, which is difficult to make an objective evaluation for it. Analyzing it from specific description, some perspectives are crankiness, and it isn't to comprehen- sively grasp teachers' knowledge. However, it is going to get into the endless repetition to descript it from multi-angle which is difficult to operate in practice. Combined with the particularity of teachers' knowledge of vocational schools, the analysis framework of knowledge quality include the following five dimensions, such as good foundation, structure, complexity, eontextualization and knowledge representation.
