摘要
高职院校专业教师胜任力是指教师为适应高职教育教学这一特定岗位而必须具备的专业知识、职业技能和特质的总和。通过行为事件访谈和问卷调查,借助探索性因子分析、信度检验、效度检验和验证性因子分析,构建了包括自我管理、科技素养、教学能力、工作态度、实践能力、职业素养胜任力等六个维度的高职院校专业教师胜任力模型,以此作为选拔、培养、培训、评价高职院校专业教师的依据。
The competency of professional teachers in higher vocational college indicates that teachers must possess all of professional knowledge, professional skills and qualities to adapt to the specific position of teaching. According to behavioral event interviews and questionnaires, referring exploratory factor analysis, reliability testing, validity testing and confirma- tory factor analysis, the competency model of professional teachers in higher vocational colleges has been constructed, and it includes self-management, science and technology literacy, teaching ability, work attitude, practical ability, professional- ism, etc. which can be regarded as the basis to select, develop, train and evaluate professional teachers of higher vocational college.
