摘要
丹麦的职教师资培训具有比较完整的体系,它对职教教师的起点要求明确,注重初始培训与继续教育,培训内容丰富,考核方式科学,形成了鲜明的特色。这些特色对我国设立专门职教师资培训机构,明确教师准入标准和工作要求,以及从政策、资金等方面支持职教教师的继续培训等具有一定的启示作用。
There is relatively complete training system for teaching staff of vocational education in Denmark, which has outstanding characteristics. It has obvious requirements for the starting points of teachers of vocational education. Beside, it pays attention to the initial training and continuing education, having rich training contents and adopting scientific ap- praisal methods. These characteristics have certain enlightenments for China: to set up special training institutions, to make a clear admittance standard and job requirement, and to support continuing training for vocational education teachers from policy, fund, and so on.
