摘要
煤矿资源是我国现代化建设无可取代的一次性能源,高产高效开采是经济建设的有力保障。对于现代化采煤,采掘机械的截齿耐磨性直接影响煤炭生产,因此采用新材料,用"铸钢"代替焊接生产采煤机截齿,合理设计截齿布置及截齿结构具有重要意义。文章通过对采掘机械截齿性能影响因素的分析,提出应用铸钢截齿的优越性,提高了截齿的可靠性,降低齿耗占吨煤成本中的比例,提高采煤机有效工作时间。
