摘要 RFID(Radio Frequency Identification,射频识别)系统是高效的信息识别、采集系统,具有数据量大,保密性高,抗干扰能力强,识别时间短,费用较低等优点,有很好的应用前景。基于单片机技术设计的RFID实验系统经调试表明:在3.5~15cm以内,应答器的线圈上有很强的感应,提取出来的电压十分充裕;在3.5~18cm以内,读写器都能很好地识别应答器的ID号;系统平均总功率是0.7V,识别ID平均时间是0.42s,有效读写距离是3.5~18cm,达到了实用的水平。 RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) system is efficient information identification and collection system, has the advantages such as large amount of data, high security, anti- interference ability, short recognition time, low cost and so on, and has a good application prospects. Based on the basic theory of chip technology, experiment results of the RFID show that: the transponder coil has the strong induction in the 3.5 - 15CM distance, the extracted voltage is abundant; the reader, can better identify the transponder ID number in the 3.5 - 18CM distance; the average total power of system is 0.7 watts, the average time of recognition ID is 0.42 seconds, the effective read range is 3.5 - 18CM.The system can apply for practical purpose.
