摘要
运用扫描电镜、透射电镜、定量金相等手段研究了等温淬火稀土蠕墨铸铁的贝氏体组织转变特点。研究结果表明,贝氏体首先在奥氏体与石墨的相界处而不是在奥氏体晶界形核长大;贝氏体形态有针状、板条状、粒状三种;贝氏体板条及贝氏体针是由一定取向的贝氏体亚束组成,贝氏体亚束是由一定取向的贝氏体基元构成,贝氏体基元之间存在着富碳奥氏体薄膜;为改善奥-贝蠕铁的机械性能研究奠定了基础。
The feature of the austenite-bainite of the CG1 is studied by mean of 'scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,and quantitative metallographic analysis in this thesis. The result shows that the bainite nucleates and grows at the phase boundary between graphite and austenite and there are three kinds of bainite in the A-B microstructure. They are needle-like,lath-shaped and granular bainite,the needle-like binate and lath shaped bainite consist of sub-beam while the sub-beam consists of element between which there is a film of the austenite with rich carbon. The study will lay a foundation for the research on the mechanical property of the Austenite-bainite CG1.
