煤炭行业的高职院是为煤炭行业培养高等技能型人才的摇篮,促进了我国煤炭工业的快速发展。在这种快速发展的背景下,职业教育的许多问题就显得更加突出,已经严重影响到职业教育质量的提高,甚至影响到企业、国家的声誉。因此,积极完善煤炭专业技能人才培养机制十分紧迫。

The coal high vocational colleges are producer of cultivating the high-skilled employees that have made rapid progress in the coal industry. With the rapid development such as them, many problems of the vocational education are more distict, and they have been another great burden on the improvement of the vocational education quality. Indeed, the reputation of the company and the country has been also affected. So, it is very urgent to optimize the cultivation mechanism of the skilled employee in the coal profession.
