川口采油厂是一家国有石油开采企业,与多数大型国企相似,设备管理与维修是采油厂各项管理中的基础工作,虽然采油厂设备管理与维修模式及经验经过不断的完善、发展、创新,成绩斐然。但和国外内同行业的设备管理与维修的先进企业相比较,还存在很大的差距。对川口采油厂设备管理与维修现状的调查、分析、研究。指出川口采油厂设备管理与维修模式中存在的问题,并根据实际情况,提出了完善川口采油厂设备管理与维修对策。

Chuankou oil production is a state-owned oil exploitation enterprises. As the big stateowned enterprises, equipment management and maintenance are the foundation of production management work. Although production equipment management and maintenance mode and experience have been improving, developing, innovating and succeeding regualorly, comparing with civil and foreign facility management and maintenance of the advanced enterprise, there exists a large gap. Through the investigation, analysis and study of ChuanKou Oil Production equipment management and maintenance, we can point out that there are many problems on equipment management and maintenance model. And according to the actual reality, proposing ways for improving equipment management and maintenance.
