在阐述目前项目管理成熟度在石油工程项目管理领域应用情况的基础上,界定了钻井工程项目管理成熟度的概念;根据文献查阅、专家评分及建议突破了以往只考虑项目层面管理水平的框架,从组织层面、项目层面、项目满意度三个方面综合分析考虑构建钻井工程项目管理成熟度评价指标体系并利用模糊一致偏好关系评价了钻井工程项目管理成熟度;并对评价结果进行了详细分析,得出各评价指标的重要性,为有层次性地提高钻井工程项目管理水平以及持续性地提升油田钻井工程项目管理成熟度提供理论参考。

Project management maturity model is one of the most important models in project management. Based on project management maturity in petroleum engineering projects, the concept of Drilling engineering project management maturity is given. Based on literature, scores and suggestions from experts, from organizational level, project level and satisfaction of the project, index system to evaluate project management maturity of drilling engineering is constructed. Consistent fuzzy preference relation is used to evaluate the project management maturity. Then, the importance of each index is obtained. The results will be helpful to promote the levels of the drilling engineering project management.
