摘要 实验以非离子烷基糖苷(APG)制得的氯代糖苷与二乙胺反应生成糖苷基叔胺,然后再与1,2-二溴乙烷(EDB)进行季铵化反应而制得Gemini阳离子烷基糖苷表面活性剂。通过单因素实验和正交实验考察了反应的影响因素,确定Gemini阳离子烷基糖苷表面活性剂的优化工艺条件为:n(糖苷基叔胺)∶n(EDB)=2.2∶1,w(异丙醇)=50%,反应温度60℃,反应时间10h,收率达85.7%,其CMC为3.16×10-3 mol/L,γCMC为29.4mN/m,并且具有较低的Krafft点,亲水性较好。 A Gemini cationic alkyl polyglucosides surfactant was synthesized from alkyl polyglucosides (APG), diethylamine and 1,2-dibromoethane (EDB). The effects on the reaction process were investigated by the single factor and orthogonally arranged experiments. The optimum conditions were obtained as follows, n (glycoside-based tertiary amine) : n (EDB) = 2. 2 : 1, w(isopropyl alcohol) = 50%, reaction temperature 60 ℃, reaction time 10 h, with the yield of 85.7%. The Gemini cationic alkyl polyglucosides surfactant has a good surface performance as follows. CMC=3.16×10^-3 mol/L, γCMC=29. 4 mN/m and low Krafft point.
