摘要
以微晶蜡为原料,采用纯氧氧化和催化酯化一步法工艺,合成了高性能酯化蜡。最佳工艺条件为:反应温度150℃,反应时间6h,氧气流量2.0L/(h.g),助酯化剂为原料质量的15%,酯化催化剂为原料质量的0.3%;在产物中,调入质量分数15%的高熔点聚合物,可以制得酸值在2~10mg/g、皂化值在78~88mg/g、熔点基本符合巴西棕榈蜡要求的酯化蜡。
Esterification wax was synthesized by microcrystalline wax using a novel one-step method. Such a one-step method includes oxidation and esterification. The optimal conditions were found as follows .reaction temperature 150 ℃, reaction time 6 h, oxygen velocity 2.0 L/(h · g), promoter dosage 15 % of feedstock, esterification catalyst dosage 0.3% of feedstock and high melting point polymer 15% of the product. The esterification wax with acid number of 2 - 10 mg/g and saponification number of 78 - 88 mg/g could be obtained through this method. Melting point of the product was 62 - 83℃. The characteristics of the reaction conditions include no oxidation catalyst being used and reaction time being shorter than the traditional process.
