摘要
实验以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚己二酸丁二醇酯、聚四氢呋喃二醇为原料,以2,2-二羟甲基丙酸(DM-PA)和磺酸盐(HSJ)为亲水扩链剂,以自乳化和外乳化相结合的方法合成阴离子型高固含水性聚氨酯乳液。考察了异氰酸酯基与羟基摩尔比(R值)、n(聚酯)∶n(聚醚OH)、DMPA、HSJ和外乳化剂用量对乳液性能的影响。结果表明:R值为1.3,n(聚酯)∶n(聚醚OH)=4,w(DMPA)=1.6%,w(磺酸扩链剂)=0.5%,w(外乳化剂)=1.6%时,合成的乳液固质量分数可达54%,黏度低、稳定性好、力学性能优异。
Based on polytetrahydrofuran glycol (PTHF), the high performance and high solid water- borne polyurethane(WPU) was synthesized using polybutyleneglycol adipate (PBA) and isoflurane ketone diisocyanate ( IPDI ) as the main raw materials by combining the emulsification and the self-emulsion method, which used 2,2 dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA) and sulfonate hydrophilic(HSJ) as chain extender. The conditions influencing the quality of WPU emulsion and film were studied, such as the molar ratio of --NCO/--OH (R), the different ratio of polyether to polyester, DMPA, sulfonate hydrophilic chain extender. The results showed that when R was 1.3, DMPA was 1.6 %, the content of the sulfonated chain extender was about 0. 5%, and the emulsification was 1. 6%, WPU emulsion whose solid content is 54%, having low viscosity, good stability and good mechanical properties could be synthesized.
