摘要
基于生态系统自身的特点和矿区生态系统的内涵,构建了矿区生态系统健康评价指标体系,确立了矿区生态系统健康评价标准。针对传统评价方法中量化指标某些信息易于丢失的情况,提出引入物元模型进行矿区生态系统健康评价。利用所建立的模型,以平阳寺镇矿区生态系统为例进行矿区生态系统健康状况分析。用指数超标法确立了指标的权重,构建了评价物元、节域和经典域矩阵,通过计算关联函数确立了评定等级。结果表明,1999—2008年,平阳寺镇矿区各项指标发展趋势比较平稳,矿区生态系统基本处于一般疾病与很健康状态之间。结合实地调查研究,评价结果符合实际情况。
This paper would like to introduce an innovated matter-el- ement method for the ecosystem health evaluation in mining areas. According to the characteristics of ecosystem and the concept of the healthy ecosystem in mining areas, the influential index system of the ecosystem health in mining areas was set up with the evaluation stan- dard established. Aiming at finding the essential data and information lost in rational index system, the matter element method was put for- ward in hoping to carry" out the ecosystem health evaluation in the mining areas. Making use of the model well-established, we can build up the weighing of the heavy index numbers, the matter ele- ments, the classical field and limit field to roach a more appropriate index-rating system, whose rating hierarchy, can be worked out by ro- lating functions. As a case study of the Pingyangsi town ecosystem in the mining area, the results prove to be in nice conformity with the healthy and sustainable developmental trend in the town's ecosystem construction practice in the mining area during the period from 1999 to 2008. Actually, the town underwent a tortuous road from an un- healthy to healthy and a very healthy state, based on the investigation and statistical research, with the evaluation results totally in accor- dance with the actual situation. Due to the excessive coalTmining, excessive mining sewage discharge, water pollution and drinking wa- ter quality deterioration, vegetation area shrink due to the over-mining environmental damage, all this makes it difficult to meet the needs of the healthy development of ecosystem, rendering the small town' s in 2000 and 2007 to a totally diseased state, lrra- tional distribution system of the rural income, inequality and shortage of public services has been threatening the town' s economic system as well as its ecosystem. Over-exploitation of mining resources cause the degradation of the surrounding environment, an obvious contradiction between the resource development and ecological environment, along with the mine ecological environment protection management of fund shortage, subsistence land utilization is not high. Since the mining sewage treating rate is relatively low, the ecosystem will be basically in the general diseased, or fluctuated in sub-healthy state and/or healthy state.
