福建省农业经济增长区域差异变化分析

Variations of Regional Difference of Agricultural Economy Growth in Fujian Province

福建省农业经济增长存在不平衡性.正确认识农业经济增长区域差异,准确定位和减小差距是当前学术界乃至地方政府普遍关注的问题.本研究以县为单位,以福建省农业产业GDP增长率作为测度区域农业经济发展差异的变量指标,通过计算其极差、标准差及变异系数对福建省近10年来农业经济发展的总体差异和市县间差异进行动态时空序列的分析,发现总体差异整体上呈现缩小趋势,但中间也存在微小波动,市县间农业经济发展差异呈现不平衡的趋势.并通过县市农业产业GDP数据与图形相结合,分析了1999—2009年间福建省农业经济区域差异的空间分布特征,探讨其农业经济发展空间差异的原因,并对结果进行了讨论.

The imbalance of economic growth in Fujian agriculture has generally attracted the attentions of the government as well as academic circle. Issues concerned include how to describe and to what extent should the imbalance be narrowed. Based on county-level data, the study used the GDP growth rate of agricuhure as a variable to measure the regional difference of agricultural economy in Fu- jian province, and gave a dynamic time and space sequence analysis on the differences, in terms of the whole province and that between cities and counties over the past 10 years. Concrete index included the calculation of the range, the standard deviation and coefficient of variation of the chosen index. Results showed that the general difference of agricultural economy in the whole province appeared a narrowing trend, but the growth difference between cities and counties appeared a widening trend. By the combination of the GDP data and related graphics, the spatial distribution characteristics of Fujian＇s regional agro-economy difference during 1999 and 2009 was discussed, together with the cause of such spatial difference.
