举宫杯在不同妇科腹腔镜手术中的应用价值

The value of uterus lifting cup in different gynecologic laparoscopic operations

目的通过在不同的妇科腹腔镜手术中使用举宫杯来辅助手术,并与传统的举宫器进行比较,探讨举宫杯在多种妇科腹腔镜手术中使用的优越性。方法 2010年6月~2010年10月选择在本科进行腹腔镜手术的180例,在需要术中操纵子宫方向的手术中,用举宫杯代替传统的举宫器,分析举宫杯在不同术式中的运用价值。结果所有病例均在腹腔镜下完成,无1例中转开腹,使用举宫杯辅助手术,手术难度下降,无1例发生膀胱、输尿管、直肠等的副损伤。结论在妇科腹腔镜手术中,使用举宫杯安全有效,具有明显的优势。

Objective To evaluate the superiority of using uterus lifting cup in different gynecologic laparoscopic operations in comparison with using simple uterus lifting.Methods 180 cases who underwent laparoscopic operations in our hospital from June 2010 to October 2010 were chosen.During operations,we used uterus lifting cup to replace simple uterus lifting and evaluated the value of uterus lifting cup.Results All cases were completed without conversion to open surgery.The operative difficulty was decreased,and no complications such as bladder,ureter and intestine tube injury occurred.Conclusion Using uterus lifting cup is safe and effective and it has obvious superiority in different gynecologic laparoscopic operations.
