痰热清注射液佐治毛细支气管炎临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of Tanreqing injection in bronchiolitis

目的观察痰热清注射液辅佐治疗急性毛细支气管炎患儿的临床疗效。方法选取172例急性毛细支气管炎患儿,随机分为治疗组(86例),对照组(86例),2组均应用常规治疗,治疗组再加用痰热清注射液。观察2组患儿治疗过程中发热、咳嗽、气喘气促、肺部罗音的消失时间,并进行比较。结果与对照组比较,治疗组发热、咳嗽、肺部罗音消失时间均明显缩短。治疗组总有效率大于对照组,但差异无统计学意义。结论在常规治疗基础上,辅助应用痰热清注射液治疗毛细支气管炎临床效果明显,临床中可以积极应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tanreqing injection in adjuvant treatment of acute bronchiolitis.Methods 172 cases of acute bronchiolitis were randomly divided into treatment group（86 cases） and control group（86 cases）.The control group received conventional treatment,and the treatment group accepted Tanreqing injection plus routine treatment.The time when fever,cough,shortness of breath,asthma,pulmonary rales between the two groups disappeared was observed and compared.Results Compared with the control group,the disappearing time of fever,cough,pulmonary rales were significantly shortened in treatment group.The total effective rate in treatment group was bigger than the control group,though not significantly different.Conclusion On the basis of conventional therapy,supporting Tanreqing injection treatment of bronchiolitis has significant clinical effect,thus it has wide clinical applications.
