In the modern socialist concept to the world in the process of homogenizing,the inherent geographical features and native culture increasingly become less.In the collective ＂aphasia＂,art design may appear indifferent and without characters.It is necessary to prevent such ＂identity＂ and ＂divorced＂ trend by insisting on the principles of ＂critical innovation＂ and ＂abstract inheritance＂ in the new frame of reference,maintain and develop regional and local culture essence.
