关于创新高校干部教育培训方式的思考

On the Innovation of Training Modes for Cadres' Education in College

新时期,创新高校干部教育培训方式,培养一批高素质的高校干部队伍,不仅是构建和谐校园的必然要求,也是推动高等教育事业全面协调可持续发展的迫切需要。要以科学发展观为指导,分析创新高校干部教育培训方式的重大意义,研究当前干部教育培训中存在的主要问题,提出创新干部教育培训方式应注重"五个相结合"。

In the new period, to innovate the training modes of cadre＇s education and to cultivate a group of high quality team of cadres in college are not only the requirement of constructing a harmonious campus but also the urgent need for higher education to develop in a comprehensive, harmonious and sustainable way. Guided by the scientific outlook on development, this paper aims to analyze the significance of innovating the training modes for cadres＇ education, and to research the main problems existed in present cadres education training, and thus to present the proposal that ＂Five Combinations＂ should be paid attention to during the process of innovating the training modes for cadres＇ education in college.
