质量是中小学校本培训发展、创新的生命力,加强质量管理是中小学校本培训最核心、最迫切的任务。针对当前校本培训质量管理存在的问题,加强校本培训质量管理必须着眼培训工作的整体性考虑,特别是要加强过程管理、强化质量意识、提高工作执行力,并且采取有效的策略和可操作性的行动。

Quality is the vitality development and innovation in school-based training. The most core and pressing task in school-based training is to strengthen quality administration. We should focus on the entirety of the teacher training program as to the problems in the school-based training. Especially we should reinforce procedure management, strength quality sense and improve work execution. And also we must adopt affeetive strategies and take operational actions.
