摘要
教师对话行为是影响师生互动效果的关键因素。当前教师对话行为中主要存在提问不均一、讨论不规范及评价不合理等问题。改变教师不合理的师生观、强化教师对新课改理念的学习领悟及提高教师教学能力水平是克服教师对话行为问题的重要举措,是构建良好师生互动的保障所在。
Teacher dialogue behavior is a key factor in teacher-student interactions. The problems in the present teacher dialogue behavior are the disproportion teachers' questions, nonstandard discussion, unreasonable evaluation and so on. To overcome teacher dialogue behavior problems and construct an effective teacher-student interaction, it is essential to correct teachers' unreasonable teacher and student conception, strengthen teachers' learning and comprehension to new curriculum ideas and improve teachers' teaching level.
